1) Services
We provide driving lessons, training, and related services in Ontario. Lesson content, instructor availability, and scheduling may vary.
2) Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be requested through our website, phone, email, or text.
A booking is confirmed when:
We approve the requested time, and
Any required payment is received
3) Payments
Payment terms will be shared before lessons are scheduled.
You agree to:
Pay the quoted rate for lessons and packages
Pay any applicable taxes
Follow the payment timing shared during booking
You must not use our website to send unsolicited commercial communications. You must not use the content on our website for any marketing-related purpose without our express written consent.
4) Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. When a lesson is missed without notice, it may be treated as used.
Late cancellations may be charged. Exact cancellation rules will be confirmed during booking so expectations stay clear.
5) Refunds
All sales are final and there are no refunds of any kind.
6) Student Responsibilities
You agree to:
Arrive on time for lessons
Follow instructor directions
Show respect and maintain safe conduct
Provide accurate contact details for scheduling
For in car lessons, you are responsible for bringing:
Your valid driving license or permit
Required documents, when applicable
7) Safety
Safety is the priority.
We may end a lesson early when a situation becomes unsafe, including:
Aggressive behavior
Impairment
Dangerous driving choices
Unsafe vehicle conditions
In these cases, the lesson may still be counted as used.
8) Results and Road Test Outcomes
We provide professional training.
Results vary by student.
We cannot guarantee road test outcomes.
9) Website Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the website
Attempt to damage, overload, or interfere with the site
Copy, scrape, or republish content without permission
10) Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, training materials, text, and designs are owned by Xpert Driving School or licensed to us.
